FAQ

  • Yes! If you would like us to speak at an event please send us an email or submit a “contact us form”. We would be happy to see if your event lines up with our schedule. In the past we have been a part of Podcasts, Broadcast TV, interviews, University Events, etc. Thank you!

  • All returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase. In order to get a full refund, the product(s) must be returned to us in its original packaging. As a heads up, you will need to cover the shipping costs to return the product(s) back to us. There are no returns or refunds after 15 days of purchase.

    Please submit your refund request via our “Contact Us Section”. Make sure to include your order number

  • We ship from the state of California Monday - Friday (Unless it is a holiday or the Post Office is closed) via USPS First Class or Priority Mail. With these shipping methods, delivery usually takes 2 - 5 Business Days. All delivery timelines will depend on your location.

  • If you have just placed an order we may be able to cancel it before we prepare it for shipment. Please contact us immediately with your order number via the contact form in the “Contact Us” Section. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to cancel the order. If you would like to start a refund process once you take delivery of the order please refer to the “How do I get a refund of my purchase?” section.

  • You must notify us about a missing order within seven days of the day the order was supposed to be delivered and within 15 days of your order being place.

    If the USPS website has marked your order as delivered and you did not receive it we can attempt to send a replacement (replacements are only once per order number). We will not provide refunds for orders that are marked as delivered.

    Yo Sabo The Game cannot be held responsible if you entered an incorrect address at checkout and did not correct it before it was shipped out. We will not be able to replace your order.
